Sona Shop is a community pharmacy in Asheville, NC, that provides high-quality supplements with 100% transparency and medical-grade quality. The company entrusted Adziv to handle its Shopify store. The main goal was to redesign the website to improve the conversion rate.

Outdated Website Design
The client needed high-fidelity Figma and converting design that could have provided a better user experience. This resulted in a high bounce rate and low conversion rate. We had to build a converting UX to achieve the expected ROAS across all paid campaigns, making it a top priority for us. A well-designed UX was crucial for driving conversions and business growth.
DTC Model
The client faced tough competition from established brands and needed to strengthen its online presence to reach potential customers. Although they had a brand, products, and social media presence, their following was limited. Improving the user experience and SEO for their direct-to-consumer model was essential, which helped the client to achieve their business goal.
